One Sample Menu:

Our Deluxe Cocktail Hour served smorgasbord style,
is your selection of twenty different hot and cold dishes.
Some of your choices can include Penne alla Vodka,
Chicken Cordon Bleu, Veal marsala, Eggplant rollatini,
Filet of Flounder, to name just a few.

Your seated dinner will begin with Melon in Season,
served with fresh Strawberries, Choice of Soup or Salad.

Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail
Prime Rib of Beef au ju
Broiled filet of Salmon
Chicken Marsala

Any other entree can be customized as per your request.

linen colors and decorated with fresh flowers. Bridal
Table is tastefully decorated with fresh ferns and
centerpiece and Candelabras.
